gaim-otr main inclusion report

OK, so far I've created report for gaim-otr, libotr2
(https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MainInclusionReportLibotr2) and libotr2-dev
(https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MainInclusionReportLibotr2Dev). I have one
question though: libotr2 recommends libotr2-bin; should I add a report
for it too?
