TODO's for the libstdc++ allocator change (universe/multiverse)

The libstdc++ allocator change for dapper/main is done (at least checked 
for i386, amd64 and powerpc).  A list of universe/multiverse package 
which are not yet rebuilt (most likely due to build failures) can be 
found at
