If you had a 'FAQ bot' that could be updated and referenced by
experienced channel members, you could get a reasonable measure of how
often questions were answered by the bot.
I envision something like this:
<newUser> How do I get my files from the C drive?
<MrUbuntu> faqbot: modifying fstab for win32
<faqbot> FAQ #25: How can I access my files from the windows partition?
<faqbot> You need to modify /etc/fstab to include ...
The faqbot could have a web interface that allows the nice interface for
inputting new FAQs and looking them up.
Dunno how useful that would be though, because I don't really use the
IRC channels.
