Installer fails to find packages on cdrom

Hi,
	I am trying to install dapper on vmware using the latest night build or
flight cd 2 and the installer after the very first steps (language,
location, hostname) keeps asking me for a proxy and then tries to
download packages from the net like a netinstall.

I 've checked the iso using the build-in check function and everything
seems ok.

I am using vmware 5.5 and I 've got same results on a laptop.

Any ideas?
