Shouldn't it be Alt+L anyway, which is the standard way to set the focus 
to different widgets from the keyboard in both Gnome and Windows. ;)

Actually that doesn't seem like such a bad idea, along with prefixing 
the URL bar with UR_L_ to indicate that Alt+L moves the cursor 
there--just like any other widget in any other program.
