Good day everyone,

As I installed Ubuntu on my laptop(Acer TravelMate C300) I found one or
two things to missing which I used to have when using M$. Luckily there
are already people working on these things. But the one thing I couldn't
find is a good working/nice looking GUI for managing Wireless networks.
So I started to write one(wifiGui).

This program is now available for downloading and testing at
http://www.OpsVentus.com/wifigui for people with the same computer as I
or who have QT3 and qmake. Remember I'm still working on this, it is
just an very early release which enables other developers to tell me
what the program is doing wrong/could do better.

My main objective is to get an good GUI for wireless networks in Ubuntu,
because I think this is really missing.
So please let me know if my program is worth it to develop and include
in Ubuntu. Or maybe there's already an other program which is scheduled
to be included in Ubuntu, then I can maybe help them.

With kind regards,
Bart Vullings(OpsVentus)
