This is not for breezy but fits the description:
http://bugzilla.ubuntu.com/show_bug.cgi?id=21292
Or better this one here:
http://bugzilla.ubuntu.com/show_bug.cgi?id=12637
or this
http://bugzilla.ubuntu.com/show_bug.cgi?id=13885
I think I have a mixture between those but I think the general problem is
the same.

Well, since you are already able to provide the nvidia stuff on cd (for
which I think you have made a contract with nvidia) you might also be able
to report such thinks better than users. Users can apply pressure but
someone with solid kernel background is probably more welcome at nvidia. I
think nvidia would listen more to a dev working for a promintent linux disto.
