disable low-disk space warnings/notifications?

This is one of those things I think we NEEED, it's very confusing for new
users when programs stop working ...etc because they ran out of diskspace
without being notified.  Hell everyonce in awhile it confuses me still until
I remember to check diskspace.  This just needs to be configurable.
