But now I have to completely change my workflow - every time I reply to
an email I have to keep track of what list it was posted to and what the
policy of that list is.  This is unacceptable overhead.

Why can't the listserv just be fixed to set:

Reply-To: ubuntu-devel at lists.ubuntu.com

to reflect the list policy like every other list I am on?
