Problem with Ethernet / Internet connectivity

Hello Developers,

I am very happy to receive Ubuntu 5.04 for free. But I have I have a
problem.

I use AMD anthalon 64 processor mounted in Asus K8S-MX mother board. When I
installed Ubuntu, it said it could not find network interface. And I am
unable to comnnect to the Internet.

Is there any solution for this?
