laptop-mode-tools and acpi-support bug report question?

laptop-mode-tools and Suspend-to-Disk as provided by acpi-support have a
interesting interaction. I'm not sure in which package to report the
bug.

Specifically, when laptop mode is enabled the write cache for the HD is
disabled. Thus, if Suspend-to-Disk occurs then the write process is
several times slower otherwise. As Suspend-to-Disk frequently occurs
when there is no AC power - and thus laptop mode is enabled - this feels
like a fairly critical bug.
