CD image size recovery suggestions

I'm easy on both counts. I do think though that we should have SOME
multimedia content, even if it's tighter than the old 10.6MB file. If
the book is to be removed then please ensure we have prominent linkage
to it on the landing page of System->Help->Online documentation. Thanks!
