CD image size recovery suggestions

as I already pointed out on an other occasion:
I think that language packs should be even worth kicking out openoffice, 
since in the worst case they contain the instructions how to install the 
software.
I think ubuntu should at least ship with complete 
english-french-{german, spanish} support. Perhaps the openoffice example 
is a bit extreme but it definatly should have precedence over mono.
