Why does ubuntu-desktop depend on foomatic-db-gutenprint?

OK, thanks for the suggestion; I've removed it for now. If there are
regressions, though, it'll have to go back in.

Unfortunately our main printing folks in core-dev are all on vacation
next week, so this is difficult for now.
