This looks fantastic! Improving this workflow will be very valuable for the
developer community.

Malone's XML-RPC interface probably supports attachments by now; it was said
in Paris to be trivial. Rather than using gpg and asking for the
passphrase, you'd prompt for a Launchpad login and password and make two
XML-RPC calls, one to file the bug and another to add the attachment to it.
