I want to draw encourage this off-topic discussion any further, so this will
be my last message on the subject, and I hope that this thread dies out soon.
This isn't a personal matter, and I see no need to discuss my opinions on
the subject.  Instead, some facts:

When it comes to much of the software in Ubuntu, even if we wanted to, we
don't have the right to restrict its distribution based on the user's belief
system.  This is explicitly disallowed by the copyright holders.

As regards the Ubuntu trademark, outside the realm of fair use, the decision
of whether to grant permission to use it lies with Canonical, guided by the
principles of the Ubuntu community (including the code of conduct).

By all indications, the distribution at www.christianubuntu.com is simply a
derivative with its own branding and slightly different package selection,
one of many such projects which are based on Ubuntu and tailored for a
certain community.
