Subject: Focus in Dapper


I just started updating (starting from Dapper flight 6) to the "bleeding 
edge" and started noticing a weird focus issue: many times, clicking on 
a window moves the focus to that window but does not bring that window 
to the top.

Is this a metacity issue? (I would assume so.) Is there some kind of 
underlying design here that I'm misunderstanding? Or is this a bug to be 
fixed?
