Synaptic, 'which is easier than Windows' setup.exe model'
(http://www.psychocats.net/essays/winuxinstall.php), then Joe shouldn't
be using Linux. Linux can be a lot easier than Windows, but if you're
not willing to learn something new that's -easier-, don't switch up
operating systems.
