Applications --> Run application...

Like the disappeared "open terminal" in desktop contextual menu, they
have made a package nautilus-open-terminal for it; it would be a good
idea to make a gnome-run-application package that add the missed "Run
Application..." item at Applications gnome-panel menu (Alt+F2 dialog).

What do you think?
