For the record, exactly the same here. Calculating mod deps takes
*ages* (well, 15 to 20 seconds), there is certainly a potential to
drastically speed up boot time here. I don't think it is necessary to
do this on every boot, for Breezy+1 we should aim to introduce
caching.

So for Breezy the timeout should maybe just increased appropriately,
or module deps should be special cased?
