Forums meeting next week

On special request from Ryan Troy and Mark Shuttleworth there will be an
extra Community Council meeting next wednesday 20:00 Montreal time, that
is 01:00 UTC if i'm not mistaken and don't mess up with the daylaight
savings time that ends this weekend.

This meeting has 2 topics: the most important one is solving the 
forums dispute, see http://wiki.ubuntu.com/ForumsMeetingAgenda

There will be one person applying for membership: Jonathan Jesse. This
special exception has been made since he has trouble coming to the
regular meetings. His contributions to the Docteam have been very
important, so he deserves a chance to become a member.
