It has been decided that 'roadmap' specs in general do not work as they
are too vague and unspecific and are generally very broad - so it's hard
to decide when they are complete. 

It seems a better idea to have specific defined spec topics, and these
can be loaded under and informational heading in launchpad which can
serve as the roadmap function.

Pitti has expanded the printing roadmap spec into more specific topic
AFAIK.
