Deb Installer for Dapper.

I have a pre-alpha release. I have been learning some basics about
autotools and correcting some bugs, to show you a bit decent thing.
I have been even debianized it, so a debian package is available.

It can only see .deb files properties. It can't install it (installing
do nothing; it is not implemented). I have added a way to see status,
but it is not implemented yet.
