Multilingual and Asian input methods

If that isn't enough, there's also the handy menu, the fact that it 
works both under GTK2, XIM, and possibly also Qt, as long as one 
installs all the correct frontends and starts it with the command "scim 
-d". I also think SCIM is the way to go. IIIMF has many interesting 
Chinese input methods too, but I've never gotten it to work, and UIM is 
currently a bit behind.
