No matter how hard we work at it, Dapper will look really old when
it's... really old. Our focus should not be on trying to squeeze the
latest stuff in pre-release, to make it less old in 5 years time, but
rather on doing it in a clean and elegant way, so that any fixes we have
to make in 5 years time are not having to be layered on top of cruft we
introduced in a rush at release time.
