There seems to be a conflict here, between the current users (who like
uptodate, and reasonably stable) and the intended audience for Dapper
(Enterprise who like VERY stable).
One solution is to begin working 6.10 and 6.4 booth at the same time.
This way 6.4 can be the Enterprise edition and 6.4 + 6.10-backports will
be what current users will use.
Also this makes it easier to say no to things that can be pushed to
6.10...
