Where to file bugs on Breezy?

This will be happening after the Ubuntu 5.10 release; we aren't going to
disrupt development by changing bug tracking systems right before
release! I think a few issues still need to be cleared up, such as
<https://launchpad.net/products/malone/+bug/2949>.
