Not really. As part of the pbuilder howto, users
copy /etc/apt/sources.list into /etc/pbuilder/apt.conf.d/sources.list.
You will need to edit this file, and then sudo pbuilder update
--override-config if you have finished the bootstrap, or try to do the
create again if it failed there.
