Giving up on scratched CDs and ejecting mounted CDs

No, that's what /etc/dev.d/block/hal-unmount.dev already does for USB
devices, and should be taught to do for CD-ROMs as well (not eject
though, a CD-ROM is already ejected when this happens).

You have to disable locking in advance with "setcd -l 0 /dev/cdrom".
If we want to do this, it should be put into some init.d script.
