Question on pbuilder wiki

Hi Daniel ,
                 I commented out the
#deb cdrom:[Ubuntu 5.10 _Breezy Badger_ - Alpha i386 (20050902)]/
breezy main restricted

but still having this error , perhaps I need to reboot?? Thanks for the help.
