Installation of gv and wget and upgrading of util-linux fails

Yesterday I filed a bug report with reportbug (as I'm used to from
Debian). But this tool sent the reports to ubuntu-users. I don't
think this is correct. Am I wrong? The reports aren't posted there
yet because I'm not a member of the list but use it via gmane.
Should I cancel the postings?
