Larger cursors

During my bugzilla raid today, I came across bug 2076[1] which is about
larger cursors. The xcursor-themes package provides a few nice larger
cursor sets, it would help the a11y of Ubuntu to have at least one of
these themes in the default install. 

Daniel Holbach suggested that I raise this issue here, that's why I sent
this mail here instead of continuing on Bugzilla. Could (a package based
on) xcursor-themes be included in main and on the CD?
