gs-esp patch for Warty Warthog (bug 8121)

There is a bug in gs-esp and some HP laserjet printers.. The fix from
linuxprinting works but there is an additional problem with gs-esp. 

The site referenced with a fixed package is not availible. 

We've just switched our whole office over to ubuntu and nobody can
print. As you can imagine management is not happy and I need to fix
this ASAP to keep them on ubuntu or we switch back to M$
