Using VMWare for Dapper testing

Two problems: Xen isn't still as mature as VMWare (this is not my own
opinion, just go and ask people that are involved with Xen); and the fact
that VMWare Player is available for Windows. Like it or not, many people are
still stuck with Windows for professional reasons (me included); having a
VMWare compatible image would allow me to use and test it during the day
using the same PC that I work from. Also, evaluating Ubuntu would be easy
also (no need to reboot the PC, ability to freeze the image at will, etc..).
