Oh no, pleas no cleaning wizard. I hate that about windows. The worst
part of it is that the system is usually rather slow once the disk is
full. So any cleaning operation is just painful.

Wouldn't it be possible to mark everything in the trash as free space.
When space is needed it should be reclaimed from the trash in a FIFO
fashion. The oldest file(s) are overwritten first.

I have no idea what this would do to fragmentation and "cylinder"
utilization though...
