This will need to be addressed:

"Fix all D-BUS applications/libraries to cope with the bus being
restarted, or decide to never restart the bus."
D-BUS needs to be dependable to be relied on and in order to make it
so, they need bug reports. To get bug reports they need applications
that rely on it. It's almost a paradox akin to the chicken & egg.
