hibernate/suspend program responsiveness - laptop-testing

Hi,

I was wondering if this little program is worth including in Ubuntu. For those of 
you that have laptops and hibernate/suspend their systems, you've already 
experienced already-launched programs taking tens of seconds, literally, to load 
to be able to use them.

I wrote this little script that increases interactivity/responsiveness by up to 90% 
when coming back from hibernate mode.
