Sigh.  For now, while FreeType still have absolutely no understanding of
the word 'compatibility', despite repeated sagas in the past, I guess
the best thing to do is to just repeatedly bump the shlibs; possibly
even dh_makeshlibs -V.  Which sucks, but when upstream is this
pathological, there's not much you can do.
