I've looked at the documents just now, although just skimmed at the
meatier parts, its really comprehensive. Like Daniel said earlier, the
items marked as "Fail" can be filed as bug reports in bugzilla if its
still not available. A lot of the "Fail" items are good usability
issues in my opinion. Some are documentation issues as well.

It would be interesting to see a similar report for 5.10
