Read my first mail about ffmpeg for the reasons why I want ffmpeg in
multiverse ;) For further reasons read my first mail about ffmpeg
demotion to multiverse maybe 2 months ago.
In short: ffmpeg contains support for formats which are patented which
makes ffmpeg DFGS-nonfree
but libpostproc could be possibly promoted to universe but I don't know
if this is allowed by policy
