Demoting ffmpeg and rdepends to multiverse

We would simply build without ffmpeg support for the universe version
(which essentially neuters vlc). Yes, it's feasible -- if there is no
movement during these few weeks to demote vlc to multiverse completely,
which I find to be a cleaner solution.
