I think this is a great Idea. Ideally, we'd have some kind of
webapplication, where source packages (ideally both NEW and updated
ones) can be uploaded, are autobuilt, and debdiffed against earlier
version if applicable. Maintainers are able to browse through the
submission, search for not yet reviewed one and comment on
submissions. Submitters have a status page about their submissions,
can answers on comments and update their submissions.
Unfortunatly, a facility like this is not easy to implement. In order
to avoid duplicate work, is anyone else perhaps already working on
something like this? If not, let's collect more ideas and decide, what
can be implemented or wheather this makes sense at all.
