Moving forward with Edubuntu

Hey All,

This project seems to be fairly stalled. It is a top priority thing
from Breezy, so I figured I would bring it up here, and mention what I
think probably needs to be done for it to move forward. Now, I am not
a developer, so these ideas maybe on total crack.

Looking at the page, I see we need to do 2 things right off that bat:

1. Package K12LTSP in deb and get that into Ubuntu. 
2. Find people to test it.

Once we have it packaged and into Ubuntu, then we can't start
discussing what else needs to be done. But this provides us with a
short term goal that I think we can all agree on.
