Packaging tools unification

apt-cache
apt-get               =     apt ???
dpkg-reconfigure

Nooo! I couldn't be mixed.

apt-cache:= it's useful for "have a look" at the cache of the system. It
doesn't modify the system, just give information.
apt-get:= A line-command tool to manage packages.
dpkg-reconfigure:= reconfigure an already installed package.

IMHO, it shouldn't be mixed. I know that it isn't easy for a new user
but a new user doesn't have to know anything about command line. This
"accesibility topic" should be discussed at a windows level.

Anyway, a wrapper could be done easy.
