Breezy CD image status

Mostly, three kernels (powerpc, power3, power4); unlike i386, where the
different kernels are just different optimisation levels, you have to
pick the right one of those three or it won't boot.

I've removed power3 from the Breezy CDs now, as I believe most power3
users install using netboot. We still need to keep power4, since that's
what you need if you have e.g. a G5. When we add 64-bit powerpc kernels,
we'll be able to do power3 and power4 in a single kernel image, which
will help.
