Questions for those who were at the Accessibility Roadmap BOF at Udu.

Hi all
I have a question about the Accessibility Roadmap BOF specification for 
anybody who was at the BOF. The specification can be found here:
http://udu.wiki.ubuntu.com/AccessibilityRoadmap

Regarding the first two items in the outstanding issues list, am I 
correct in guessing that the list of packages affected are those that 
need modification for accessibility support? Likewise for the 
documentation of how intrusive the changes would be?
