initng on Hoary (with bootcharts)

I finally took the time to get the majority of the Hoary boot process
for my machine working with initng. Here are the bootcharts:

Not sure initng should be a goal for Breezy. It is still too early in
its development to be considered stable. However, it might not be a bad
idea to at least start maintaining initng scripts. It isn't much extra
work and it helps document and work out dependencies in the startup
process. Possibly a good project for MOTU.
