12.1(c) terminates the license if you sue Apple for patent infringement.
So, (hypothetically) assume that IBM sues Apple for use of some
unlicensed technology in the design of the case for the new iBrush(tm).
IBM loses the right to use any material under the APSL, and can no
longer run Ubuntu internally because it copies APSLed material onto
their systems on install. Does this not strike you as something of an
issue?
