The specification records the outcome of discussions at UDU. Anyone can
participate in further developing the specification document, though I urge
that you work with the authors of the document to extend and improve it,
rather than starting to write a replacement.
The specifications are intended to be "living" documents until such time as
the work actually begins, so please take advantage of that arrangement.
