Extremely urgent request for testing (new Nvidia binary drivers)

Are these the vanilla drivers as provided by NVIDIA? There seem to be
reports that 7167 degrades performance over the previous release somewhat,
but there is a patch (from nvidia, it would seem) available at:

so I'm wondering if that patch is included?
